Adapt and Rise was written for a group often left out of conversations about artificial intelligence: people in the middle chapters of life. Experienced professionals. Leaders. Parents. Veterans. Caregivers. People who have adapted many times before, yet now feel uncertain or behind as AI reshapes the world around them.
Throughout the book, I intentionally guide readers through technologies they have already adapted to. I show them through real life stories how their human experience is more important now than ever, then show them how AI tools can be a steady companion for reflection, learning, creativity, and confidence-building. This is not a technical manual. It’s a mindset guide. The aim is not mastery, but momentum—helping people take a first step without fear.
